English Corner
(I). English class assistance
The ordinary job of mine is to assist English teacher in the class,
and my main duty is to help children to get familiar with English.
Miss Yeh, the English teacher, is a personable lady who give all her heart on teaching kids Englsih.
Sometimes, it is hard to control the class during interaction, but teacher Yeh always handles well.
Therefore, there are a lot of things that I can learn from her.
(II.) Wan-Feng Radio
Welcome to listen to the radio channel of WFES, there are six little DJs in our channel, Vicky, Elsa, Tina, Angel, Annie and Minny.
All of them are cute and lovely, and they share all the fun things with the audience every week.
In addition, they practice weekly sentence in English with eager heart at noon time, which make they perfom well during boradcasting.
(III). Morning English story telling
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning, there is one task for me, the English story telling.
What I have to do is to read the English stories for the kids.
The topic will be changed every week, and I can interact with the kids during telling the story.
(IV). Night English teaching for baseball team
In WFES, there are several tremedous trainnings, baseball is one of those trainnings.
WFES wins a lot of trophies from different contests and games, baseball team is also the one of glory.
However, the kids of baseball team have less time to study their homeworks.
Therefore, it is my duty to help them to study English after classes twice a week at night.
(V). Mother's day
On mother's day, we made a poster in order to teach kids the related English.
This poster teached kids how to describe their mothers' lookings.
In addition, we also invited mothers to school, and let the kids present their gratitude to their dear mothers.
(VI). Dragon boat festival
On the day of Dragon boat festival, we also made a poster to celebrate the holiday.
This poster showed that the features of Dragon boat festival.
On that day, we would do egg standing game, have rice dumplings, watch dragon boat races, and wear beautiful sachets.
(VII). 68th Graduation
2013. 5. 18, it was a sentimental day for WEFS graduated students and teachers.
The graduation ceremony was held in the school center hall.
Numerous touching moments were acting during the process.
Graduated students presented their appreciation to their teachers for the past six years.
And the juniors bade their last farewells to the seniors in the end.
The bittersweet of graduating was the greatest treasure for the graduated students.
